Cheez-It Revised!

So this is my revision for Cheez-It since last week. I have three different versions which I still cannot decide which one works best. I kept the same colors and logo since they are classic and very recognizable. I am still playing around with the typefaces for the different flavors as well as usage of color for them. I am open to any ideas for color, typeface, and placement so I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

  1. The top variation is coming along great. I am wondering if the drop shadow is necessary since the type is white, but I think you have thought out your elements and there is good hierarchy.

  2. the white versions look interesting a clean. Also the text is easy to read compare to the orange on red it may be the original color scheme for the brand it is a bit distracting for me. You might want to mess with the color for the second row on the right it is getting a bit washed out.

  3. The first two work better than the third, if you do go with the white avoid using bright yellow hues for white cheddar , it's too hard to read and the color vibrates. I do like the the white version better because it's way different from what cheez-it is right now and it feels more contemporary.

  4. I can't stop looking at the white one. I like it the most. It feels very clean and completely fresh from what I'm used too. The last one in the white set however, the cracker looks a bit too neon. Also getting a bit hard to read the text on that one. nice job. :P

  5. man their all good i don't know which one to go with ...the only thing is that the white ones give out an "organic" "reduce" fat vibe but hey maybe you can go with that but other than that they all look great i like the way you changed your fonts for the flavors they totally match now great job!!!!

  6. the cheez it under the C. one professor always told me to give the logo space. its not bad on the top row (maybe on the white cheddar) but on the white package becomes an issue. also have you tried filling the white cheddar type? i noticed the others didn't have that.

  7. The first variation seems the most complete. Sticking with their iconic red packaging is a good choice as it is instantly recognizable. The design is simple and to the point, no need for change.

  8. The first one does it for me. I like original red with the full color Cheez It images. Is that a drop shadow? I do not think a drop shadow is needed.

  9. looks good! i'm still liking the white man...its a different step for cheez it but i think its not too far off. like the illustrated crackers. one thing, i dont know about using the shadow under the product name. i think its unnecessary.

  10. the first is my pick because it is complete. more than that it has a origal style written on it. The color is the brand color known to many people. the white could be it's sub product
    great packaging layout. nice design

  11. The white container looks best.
It reads "healthy" compared to the other two designs.
Your package is in a tub, right?
I think that things look good, but maybe you could use one more element in your composition so that consumers could be able to identify this brand more?

  12. Though I like the clean look of your second set, it does not strike me as the brand as well as your first set does. I could see right away that this package is a product of that brand in that particular style. A few things I am concerned with are how some of your type elements are getting a bit close to the edges of your structure, the C in Cheez-it in particular. And also, you broke away from the consistent feel of the package in the original flavor, where your actual word "original" does not match the color of your crackers.

  13. I like second set... It's different and feels cleaner than the others. However, I don't really think the types on the flavors of the three goes together. Other than that, they look really nice now.

  14. I really like what you have so far. I like the second set. The only thing I would play around with is the type for the flavor. But overall, it is coming along quite nice.
